Based out of 200 Park Avenue, New York; however, periodically requires working out of Saddle Brook or Florham Park and visits to clients and prospects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the review process: booking and confirming appointments, creating reporting and analytics
- Implement new client on-boarding and implement and revise client's investment plan
- Cross train and assist with filing, opening accounts, transferring funds and other administrative tasks
- Mirror an advisor, attend client meetings, take notes and send follow up communications and implementations
- Assist with answering phones
- Manage the teams investment matrix as well as reporting to go along with it
- Send daily and monthly internal reports for team members
- Assist with marketing, including: brochures and other collateral, web site, events, conference calls, etc.
