Financial Specialist, US Marine Corps

The selectee for this position will serve as a Financial Specialist at the GG-07 grade level performing routine tasks relative to accounting, contracting, budgeting, budget execution, programming, or other fiscal activities.

This position is located in Arlington, VA.

The successful selectee will perform the following duties:

• Analyze financial transaction processing to determine validity of financial accounting and management reports.
• Manage and evaluate command financial records using the Standard Accounting Budgeting Reporting System (SABRS) or similar system.
• Use the planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) process to align resourcing with organizational guidance.
• Evaluate the allocation of funds to ensure compliance with budget and financial policies.
