We are seeking an Associate level
recruiter to join our team.
Associate's role:
The Associate Recruiter will conduct full
cycle recruiting from sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate closing on
offers, placement, to reference checks.
The key responsibilities will include
sourcing candidates, meeting production goals and utilizing networks to recruit
new talent:
- Actively recruit candidates for jobs by cold calling, networking, warm leads, referrals, etc., for jobs with LRP’s hedge fund, private equity, real estate and asset management clients.
- Source candidates via research on Linkedin and other websites including social and professional networking sites, and through our internal database.
- Screen candidates (phone interviews and in-person interviews) to review their experiences, assess qualifications, and match candidates with potential opportunities.
- Deliver candidate profiles and bios with assessments/ recommendations to client managers for presentation to clients.
- Schedule candidate interviews with clients and collect feedback.
- Serve as liaison between client managers and candidates to ensure smooth communication along the entire recruiting process, all the way down to offer stage and close.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates throughout, becoming a trusted advisor in the recruiting space.
- Bachelor’s degree with top academic credentials required; Economics, Finance and Business majors preferred.
- 0-3 years work experience (recent grads will be considered for entry level).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative.
- Energetic self-starter, ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Solid work ethic; motivated and driven.
- Charismatic personality able to quickly build rapport and strong relationships.
- Ability to learn quickly and pick up new skills easily.
- Keen interest in the financial markets and alternative asset management helpful.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite as well as Google suite.
