Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Execute monitoring to validate that business activities are conducted in compliance with applicable regulations or internal policies, procedures and standards;
- Summarizing enforcement matters or regulatory updates to maintain current training and awareness programs;
- Supporting risk assessments and related risk reporting obligations to the Chief Compliance Officer and internal risk committees;
- Updating policies, standards and procedures;
- Preparing corporate compliance records and supporting maintaining departmental SharePoint sites; and
- Supporting teams engaged in special projects overseeing business activities or assessing compliance risk
