Internship responsibilities in Fund Administration:
Responsibilities include assisting in new mutual fund setup, monitoring and analyzing fund expenses, assisting in maintaining regulatory compliance by preparing information for required filings, and helping in the creation of financial reports.
Desired qualification:
- Seeking a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or other business-related fields (an economics major landed this internship last spring).
- Strong computer, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet stringent deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Ability to work both individually and within a team environment
Duration: 20 hours per week and internship may be extended part-time during the academic year
