T. Rowe Price’s (TRP) Investment Product Analyst & Communications (INPAC) Rotational Program offers recent college undergraduate and graduate students an exciting opportunity to grow a career and thrive in the asset management industry. In this program, INPAC Associates will receive training, mentoring and experience performing tasks across our sales, marketing, product and portfolio analysis groups.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Rotate approximately every 6 months for up to 2 years across the following Business Units:
- Portfolio Analysis
- Investment Product
- Investment & Market Insights
- Institutional Sales and Client Service
- Use current analytical /quantitative skills by working on projects across various TRP Business Units
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:- Must be a college senior graduating with a bachelor’s degree in December 2020 or May 2021
- Demonstrated analytical experience using Excel and creating presentations in PowerPoint
- Cumulative grade point average of at least 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, supported by submitted transcripts
- Minimum of 24 credit hours in related courses: Communications, Economics, Finance, Marketing, etc (open to various majors)
- Strong interpersonal skills; both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems
- Sophisticated critical thinking skills
Preferred:
- Interest in investing and following the markets
- Ability to process a variety of information and quickly draw relevant conclusions and summarize results
- Ability to learn proprietary & third party applications (e.g., Office, Morningstar, etc.)
