The program is structured as two, 2-week intensive (full-time) development sessions and an 8-week internship at a specified partner organization. The award package for students includes reimbursement for participation in the intensive development sessions, a $10,000 stipend to cover the internship in summer 2026, and a $5,000 completion bonus.
