Position: Full-time
The ACCEL Retail Bank Development Program (RBDP) – Consumer
and Business Banking Track, is an accelerated development program for recent college graduates with exceptional leadership
potential. ACCEL RBDP develops PNC’s next generation of Retail Bank leaders
through a 12-month program that provides technical and leadership/professional
development training enhanced by experiential learning opportunities. The ACCEL
RBDP combines leadership and sales/service excellence training with instruction
on specific banking operations. Recognized as outstanding representatives of
PNC’s brand (At PNC, we care about your achievement), successful graduates are
exposed to career advancement opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management, Marketing, Economics, or other related field
• Excellent academic record, 3.0 GPA or greater
• Senior graduating December 2014 – June 2015; or recent college graduates
• Achievement and demonstrated leadership in non-academic pursuits
• High self-confidence
• Ability to establish rapport and actively listen through strong communication
skills
• Ability to work in teams and collaborate with diverse groups
