The 2017 summer internship program is paid and will be open to students who are:
We are particularly interested in students who would like to learn more about the work of nonprofit organizations and foundations. Some interns return during the school term to work on a part-time basis, and a number of our intern alumni have been hired into permanent positions
Internships may be available in our grant-making programs, working on issues including education, economic justice, open government, arts and culture, and racial, ethnic, and gender justice.

- Full-time undergraduates entering their junior or senior year
- Residents of the New York tristate area
- Receiving needs-based financial aid
- Maintaining a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
- Demonstrating leadership and an interest in social justice via coursework or extracurricular activity
