Topics will include Optional Practical Training (OPT) and H-1B visas, including an explanation of the H-1B quota and the H-1B lottery.  He will also discuss the impact of the new White House administration on work visas and immigration generally.
In addition, Mark will provide practical strategies for talking to employers about work visa issues during interviews.
