Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will be recent college graduates, including those with up to two years of relevant institutional investment experience. An undergraduate degree is required, preferably in business, finance, or economics.
Applicants should have excellent quantitative, analytical, and written and oral communication skills. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required, as well as with other Office products (Word, PowerPoint, and Access). Experience with Burgiss Private i, Bloomberg, FactSet, Thomson Reuters, Wilshire Compass, and returns-based software is a plus, as is a demonstrated interest in pursuing the CFA designation.
We seek individuals with intellectual curiosity; strong analytical capability; the ability to handle, self-direct, and prioritize multiple responsibilities concurrently; and the ability to work independently to perform a variety of tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. Candidates should have the demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a collegial team environment.
Compensation:
