Students interested in or planning to attend the RIT-K Summer Program in Peace
& Conflict in Kosovo must attend this REQUIRED
info session.
Where: 3114 Chincoteague Hall (3rd floor conference
room)
When: Thursday, March 7, 2019, 3:30-5:00 pm
What: Info on your MyEA application (through UMD
Education Abroad), the RIT-K application, transfer credit, & what to expect
from UMD and from RIT-K before, during, and after the program.
Soon the Kosovo study abroad program will appear in the UMD
Education Abroad portfolio in MyEA. Once it is up and running, I will notify
you so you can complete the MyEA application (a required step if you want
credit from RIT-K and travel insurance). These must be completed by the March
15th deadline.
Three representatives from the RIT-K program and the regional representative from Education Abroad will be there to
give you important information and answer questions. For those
students who attend, this info session will fulfill the required meeting with
Conrad Zeutenhorst from EA. If you do not attend, you will need to schedule a
meeting with him separately.
This program is open to all UMD students.
Applications are rolling. The sooner you complete your RIT-K application
the better.
