Responsibilities:
- Assists with employee relations matters
- Assists with event planning
- Prepares and maintains reports and records that are necessary to carry out HR functions
- Assists the HR Director with various research projects and/or special projects
- Enter new hires into the HR system, and tracks employees benefits
- Processes mail and tracks invoices for approval
- Other duties as assigned

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Must be able to manage priorities and multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal skills, tact, diplomacy and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to be responsive and develop strong professional relationships with the business
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
