The Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, a unique global network of policy research centers in Russia, China, Europe, the Middle East, and the United States, is seeking a program assistant to work with scholars in our Washington, DC-based Russia/Eurasia program. Position will provide administrative support, prepare expense reports, assist with grant reports, make travel arrangements, perform database work, handle web postings, coordinate and plan meetings and events, and interface with the international public policy community. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have excellent communications and computer skills, strong time management skills, and attention to detail. Knowledge of the field, including relevant coursework and Russian language skills, is preferred. An administrative background with either fundraising and grants management or financial oversight is a plus.
