RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work collaboratively in a high-performing team to ensure the integrity of Morgan Stanley's books and records
- Provide reporting and analysis to Business Units, Senior Management and Regulators
- Continuously improve or enhance processes for increased control and/or efficiency
- Serve as a respected partner to key constituents, including regulators, business units, shareholders and the board
QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS/ REQUIREMENTS
- You are currently a Senior completing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or a related major
- You have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- You have advanced technical and quantitative skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- You possess excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills; you have strong teamwork and collaboration skills; you are motivated and resourceful; you possess project and process management capabilities; you demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- You demonstrate a strong interest in financial services
