Analyst (Finance Division), Morgan Stanley

The Full-time Analyst Program, which consists of two 12-month rotations, provides an ongoing opportunity to explore various areas within the Finance division. Placements are based on educational background, business knowledge, interview feedback and current business needs. As a result, our Analysts gain a well-rounded Finance experience in the financial services industry and a deep understanding of the Firm's culture and strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work collaboratively in a high-performing team to ensure the integrity of Morgan Stanley's books and records
• Provide reporting and analysis to Business Units, Senior Management and Regulators
• Continuously improve or enhance processes for increased control and/or efficiency
• Serve as a respected partner to key constituents, including regulators, business units, shareholders and the board

QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS/ REQUIREMENTS

• You are currently a Senior completing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or a related major
• You have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• You have advanced technical and quantitative skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• You possess excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills; you have strong teamwork and collaboration skills; you are motivated and resourceful; you possess project and process management capabilities; you demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• You demonstrate a strong interest in financial services
