Specifically, their Transfer Pricing team is responsible for all aspects of intercompany pricing arrangements between related business entities, including transfers of intellectual property, transfers of tangible goods, services and loans, and other financing transactions. Their team is very diversified, having a variety of different educational backgrounds and experience. Unlike other tax groups, they do not require candidates to be Certified Public Accountants (CPAs). They are particularly interested in candidates with an Economics, Finance, Legal, and/or Accounting background.
