Requirements:
The ideal candidate shall be:
- A student that is not currently a federal employee
- Students currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited college or university (undergraduate is defined as an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program).
- Recent graduates from an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited Minority Serving Institution (MSI). To qualify as a recent graduate, the student's official graduation date cannot exceed six (6) months before the start date of the internship period.
- Each candidate shall possess at least 2.5 cumulative grade point average (GPA) on a 4.0 scale.

Once you apply, you will recieve an email from an ABPA representative asking you to submit the following documents:
- A copy of your resume following particular criteria
- A copy of your transcripts - unofficial copies are accepted but should display the applicant's first and last name and school logo (PDF format)
- Cover Letter (explain your strengths and what you are looking for in an internship)
