As a leader in the nonprofit fundraising space, we are growing, and are looking for a Data Intern to participate in a 6-month internship with us.
About the Role:
As a Data Intern, you assist the Analytics Department in transforming data into actionable business intelligence. This is a perfect opportunity for anyone interested in working in a fast-paced environment and learning more about database analytics and fundraising or non-profit marketing. This is a full-time, temporary (6 months), paid internship.
About Your Responsibilities:
- Assist the Analytics Department with entering data into the company’s Access based statistical software system.
- Compile digital campaign results data into databases and generate performance reports.
- Assist in reviewing results summaries to ensure a high standard of quality control.
- Generate and distribute Excel based result spreadsheets.
We are currently seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented intern for data related projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the non-profit sector and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. We are looking for an organized self-starter who is eager to learn and make a difference in the world.
Demonstrated experience with Excel and some Access experience is required. Experience working with SQL is preferred. An ability to handle multiple projects and to work independently and efficiently is essential. Attention to detail, the capability to work as part of a team, and good communications skills are paramount.
