Business Analysts will work directly with senior members of Tuscany’s client organization to help address core strategic issues including brand strategy, pricing strategy, market entry opportunities, organizational efficiency, mergers and acquisitions, customer segmentation, and technology implementation. Working within a case team composed of other analysts, consultants, firm partners, and subject matter experts, Business Analysts fulfill a vital role in undertaking primary and secondary research, performing qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and preparing final reports and presentations.
Experienced Business Analysts will also take on increasing responsibility for developing novel research and analytical approaches, and developing work modules that underpin integrated casework. These work modules and submodules span all aspects of casework, from initial planning to constructing final reports.
Business Analysts formally report to the firm partners, but may also work under the direction of the case manager of their assigned case.

Job Duties
- Support all aspects of casework from planning to final reports;
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of data;
- Conduct interviews with client staff, key stakeholders, and customers;
- Interpret, evaluate, and synthesize data for inclusion into briefings and reports;
- Support analytic work including competitive analysis, market segmentation, sales pipeline analysis, operational process mapping, and financial analysis;
- Assist with the development of new products;
- Assist with design of market research instruments using tools such as Qualtrics
- Contribute to written and verbal communications;
- Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing electronic documents, and providing travel support; and
- Record and distribute written summaries of client and staff meetings.
- Occasional client travel required.

- Qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
- Demonstrated success working in teams.
- Highly organized, with dependable follow-through and careful attention to detail.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Tableau, Photoshop, or web design is preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
