Description
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Marketing Analyst is responsible for providing information and insights regarding customers, markets, and competitors, to measure performance and support business decisions. Candidates will work independently to conduct research and will work closely with senior management to analyze and interpret findings. Candidate will monitor day to day marketing performance, identify areas for improvement and help implement changes to improve performance metrics. Candidate will assist in creating and managing marketing campaigns within our GIS and health marketing departments. Candidate will be expected to update and maintain daily reporting, as well as, perform any related administrative and operational functions.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Communication, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or related field. 3-5 years of relevant experience. Demonstrated ability to support and promote business development. Understanding of the IT industry's characteristics, business needs, and culture. Understanding of the current and prospective roles of technology in GIS and IT. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in graphic design is a plus.
