Responsibilities and
Requirements include:
· Manage and deliver effective correspondence to internal and external Stakeholders of the NFIP
· Produce and maintain spreadsheets, tables, charts, and databases to enhance data, presentation, analysis, and reports as identified by the Claims Lead
· Support Field Operations in the event of a natural catastrophe
· Participate in cross-team and intra-team projects as required
· Build effective working relationships with other team members
· Comply with OST policies and procedures
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
· Above average knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
· Analytical skills: problem solving (broad-based, conceptual, creative)
· Work management skills: self-starter, outcome focused, enthusiastic and self-motivated
· Interpersonal skills: purposeful communication, flexible, active listener and professional demeanor
This is a full-time position
paying a base salary, full benefits, and has possible bonus potential based on
