Davenport
Public Finance, providing financial advice, analysis, and consulting services
to state and local governments and non-profit institutions, is hiring two
summer interns for 2015 at our Richmond, Virginia headquarters.
Candidates will have the potential opportunity for a full-time position after
graduation in Baltimore, Richmond, Washington DC, Charlotte NC, or Athens
GA. Internship will concentrate on financial database research and
development to support senior executives designing and executing financial
strategies for clients. Competitive salary and schedule flexibility are available
for eight week internship (the eight week period will be mutually agreed upon
between candidate and Davenport).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be scheduled to graduate from college in December 2015 or May 2016
- Must have 3.5 GPA
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Background in Finance or Economics
- Proficient in Excel with superior writing skills
