Applications for Summer 2019's Maryland's Public Service Scholars Programs are open!

The programs are:

• Governor's Summer Internship Program
• Sondheim Nonprofit Leadership Program
• MDOT Fellows Program

Programs begin on May 28 and run through August 9 (August 2 for MDOT Fellows). Students of ALL MAJORS who will be a Junior or Senior in Fall 2019 are eligible to apply. Graduate students are eligible for the nonprofit program.

Students are paid a stipend for their participation in a full-time internship at a state agency or nonprofit organization under the mentorship of a senior-level leader, attend seminars, field trips, and events, and work on group projects aimed at making a positive impact on Maryland.

Priority application deadline is March 1. The final deadline to apply is March 15. More information can be found at publicservicescholars.umbc.edu
