Morgan Stanley invites current undergraduate sophomores from all majors to apply for the Company and Operations Early Insights Program. Our two-day workshop offers select participants the opportunity to explore the Company and Operations divisions of the Firm, to learn and build upon their skill set, and to network with leaders across the Firm.

Participating Divisions: Compliance, Corporate Treasury, Finance, Firm Risk Management, Human Resources, Internal Audit, Operations

Eligibility Requirements:

• Black, Hispanic, Native American, LGBT+ students of all majors graduating between December 2021 and June 2022
• Eligible candidates must be currently enrolled at a four year accredited institution and provide their resume with a current cumulative GPA, (minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 required)
• Applicants should have an interest in Financial Services and specifically want to learn more about opportunities within Company and Operations Divisions.
