The Academic Achievement Programs' Ronald E. McNair Post-Baccalaureate Achievement Program is a graduate school preparation program designed to identify high academic achievers from traditionally underserved groups and to prepare its Scholars to matriculate into graduate programs & to earn doctoral or terminal degrees.
