The Washington Program at the Institute for Responsible Citizenship is currently accepting applications for the Class of 2026. The Insitute invites the nation's most talented African American male college sophomores to apply for an intensive two-summer program in Washington, D.C. Here is what we offer:
- Two paid summer internships (or stipend of $5,000) in their field of interest
- Free campus housing at George Washington University
- Private briefings with prominent leaders in public and private sectors
- Professional and leadership development workshops
- Academic seminars on constitutional and economic principles
- Access to a supportive alumni network of 270+ men impacting the world
