POSITION TYPE: Entry Level (Full-Time)

 PEG seeks to hire a Research Associate to work closely with our staff of professional economists and affiliated university professors. Responsibilities include economic research, data analysis, and assistance in preparation of reports used as a basis for testimony given in state and federal courts, as well as before federal agencies.

Qualifications: Applicants who are or who will become available now through summer 2012 will be considered. Applicants must have a BA/BS in economics from a four-year college or university and must possess strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills. Experience with database and/or statistical software packages is a plus. A GPA of at least 3.5 in major and 3.3 overall is required.
