Paid Risk Analysis Internship, USPS

The USPS OIG is seeking students enrolled in college/university programs to fill our Student Cooperative - (Paid) position in the Risk Analysis Research Center (RARC) located in Arlington, VA. RARC is the OIG's research group, which digs into economic, business, and policy trends affecting the U.S. Postal Service. We are looking for an individual who is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team and who possesses excellent organizational and time management skills. 

The Student Cooperative will work collaboratively with staff in a program support capacity. This position will offer exposure to the government contracting process, budget management, and the process of producing research papers on complex theories and topics. This position will work directly with the Assistant Inspector General (AIG), so a professional disposition is a must. The Student Cooperative Program is available for continuous employment throughout the year. The selected candidate should be prepared to work 40 hours a week during the summer and school breaks and 30 hours per week while actively attending classes.
