Exploring Careers in Economics – Many of you may be aware of this ongoing public facing event organized to broaden awareness of careers in economics and to further develop a diverse pool of talent interested in the field. We have four recorded sessions available for viewing at https://www.federalreserve.gov/conferences/exploring-careers-in-economics.htm. Past keynote speakers include Governor Lael Brainard (Fall 2020), Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta President Raphael Bostic (Fall 2019) , and Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco President Mary Daly (Spring 2019). We are currently developing the Spring 2021 program, and you can expect to hear from our Public Information Outreach team in February or March for more information.
www.fedeconjobs.org – The Federal Reserve System’s portal for information on RA and internship opportunities at the Board and all 12 Reserve Banks has undergone a recent refresh. We would like for you to direct any students interested in economics related careers at the Fed to it to find out about open positions, and how RAs contribute to the health of the economy and work of Fed Economists across the System.
