The International Trade Administration has launched a U.S. and Foreign Commercial Service Fellowship pilot program for those pursuing studies in international affairs, economics, business, public administration, and trade.
We’ll be selecting up to 20 students to join one of our Commercial Service international post teams for an eight-week living/learning opportunity in summer 2025, which will include a one-week orientation session in Washington, D.C., and up to $35,000 in financial assistance to cover housing, per diem, and other costs. The program is designed to increase knowledge of the Commercial Service, including career opportunities at ITA and in the field of international trade.To submit your application electronically, you must register in both Grants.gov and eRA Commons.
We encourage you to begin the registration process several weeks before the September 7, 2024 deadline, as it may take both Grants.gov up to two (2) business days and eRA Commons up to two (2) weeks to register.
