Research Internship with Sprint Global Strategy Team

As a Sprint intern you'll have the opportunity to gain practical experience in their 10-12 week internship program in a challenging, fun and fast-paced work environment. This includes entry level professional duties and project work in various capacities. And you'll get to work with their technology solutions, systems, and processes. In addition to your manager, you'll also have a mentor to provide guidance and coaching along the way. In between solving real business problems and getting hands on experience, the Sprint internship program hosts networking events, development opportunities and community involvement activities.


Functional Description
The global strategy team plays a critical role in charting Sprint Accessibility’s international growth and portfolio development, helping shape the telecommunications relay service industry. This entails developing actionable solutions for some of the challenging issues many countries in the world face to help bridge the telecommunications gap for people with disabilities. These issues often span multiple businesses, functions, and geographies, requiring fresh and disruptive thinking to navigate the changing landscape of the telecommunications relay service industry.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Perform strategic analysis and planning to support the development of strategic plans and present findings to key stakeholders
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to determine best-in-class benchmarks and identify international opportunities to drive future growth
  • Project Management: Manage one or more cross-functional strategic projects, and provide support to business case development for key strategic focus areas
  • Areas of learning: Exposure to Sprint Accessibility business including business development, compliance and sales

Basic Qualifications
Enrolled in college or college graduate within the last twenty-four months

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3.0 GPA or above preferred
  • Demonstrated interest in international development and global strategy
  • Ability to apply logical and creative thinking to solve complex business problems
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in American Sign Language
