Economics Pre-Doc Workshop for Underrepresented Minorities

A one day virtual workshop to connect promising undergraduates from U.S. universities with pre-doctoral hiring institutions.Please help identify promising Underrepresented Minorities (URM) undergraduates who are interested in PhDs in economics and related fields. Pre-doctoral fellowships are increasingly becoming a route for undergraduates to learn the ins and outs of research, develop their own interests in economics research, and boost preparation for graduate school.
Students who attend will learn about pre-doc positions and meet with economists, pre-doc managers, current pre-docs, and graduate admissions directors from the participating institutions.

In order to foster a workshop environment with significant interaction, we will limit the number of attendees.

Eligibility: Current or recent undergraduate or Masters students from a U.S. institution
