This Junior Research Associate position will: assure high quality implementation and capturing of outcomes and impacts of program initiatives; provide continuous high-quality support to enhance the mission of the company by developing, capturing, and communicating useful and usable research and evaluation information for clients. Provide support to the research division in carrying out the research functions.
DUTIES:
- Assist in implementing the Research Division’s mission, objectives and work plans.
- Implement appropriate research and evaluation strategies.
- Support development databases and oversee data entry, checking and creation of standard tables and graphs.
- Investigate the feasibility of automation of various portions of production and data management.
- Design documentation and data presentations that are understandable to staff and clients.
- Provide research and evaluation technical assistance to other WRMA divisions as needed.
- Participate staff development activities to build research and evaluation capacity.
- Develop, with other WRMA staff, responses to requests for proposals and grant applications as required from time to time.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis of data, as requested, to other staff and clients.
