Responsibilities:
- Perform sales assistance alongside the co-founder to uncover opportunities and offer solutions to clients
- Manage and facilitate daily reporting internally and prepare and distribute externally reporting to clients
- Schedule and prepare review meetings with the team, including all presentation materials and follow up items
- Perform administrative duties
- Support the firm’s initiatives, assist with any company-wide projects and activities, and attend functions as needed
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Experience working with a financial custodian with knowledge of procedures, paperwork requirements, and technology (internal systems and client website) is preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
