The Academic Achievement Programs' Ronald E. McNair Post-Baccalaureate Achievement Program is a graduate school preparation program designed to prepare and guide high academic achievers who are 1st generation students or students from traditionally underserved groups to matriculate into graduate programs & to earn doctoral or terminal degrees.
