The Next Step Externship program is a unique opportunity designed for college Juniors and Seniors who are interested in furthering their knowledge of the finance industry, but want to do it in a quick, three session program versus a semester long internship. The program is a hands-on, informational networking opportunity that provides a stepping stone for students as well as a chance to boost their resume.
