Qualifications

 Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Work directly with Director of Contracting to develop proposals and bids to various types of contracts
• Develop relationships with other contracting officers at Government agencies and business firms
• Work with Marketing Department to send proposals and obtain new clients
• Research available and upcoming business opportunities
