Pennsylvania Multifamily Asset Managers - Financial Analyst Intern

Bethesda-based Pennsylvania Multifamily Asset Managers (PMAM) is a private sector partner of Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) and the State of Pennsylvania, taking responsibility for the implementation of asset management core tasks under HUD Section 8 subsidized properties. It is our goal to deliver the most professional real estate and property management support available within HUD. Expertise in finance is critical to achieving this goal.

We are seeking a diligent, ambitious Financial Analyst Intern for our Bethesda office for the 2014/2015 Academic School Year. As a Financial Analyst Intern you will have the opportunity to develop your expertise in finance to help PMAM achieve and provide the best possible property management and real estate support to HUD funded properties.

Specific duties of the Financial Analyst Intern include:
- Data input of utility cost information into database
- Creation of utility analysis tables using Excel
- Preparation of rent adjustment analysis folders
- Uploading financial information to database module for analysis
- Scanning financial documentation into database system
- Administrative tasks as assigned to assist with office organization
Qualifications
 
Specific Requirements for the Financial Analyst Intern include:
• Undergraduate Candidate Only
• Minimum of 6 credits in Finance or Accounting with grade of B or better
•Ability to multi-task in a deadline-oriented environment
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Strong attention to detail
•High level of competence using Excel
