Morgan Stanley is kicking off 2025 recruiting for the Early Insights program. This program is an integral part of their diversity recruiting efforts helping to attract underrepresented groups in the financial services industry. Selected candidates will attend an in-person summit to get exposure to both Firmwide and divisional specific programming. They will also have the opportunity to interview for a 2025 Summer Analyst position.
Early Insights will take place in person in our New York City, Baltimore and Alpharetta offices next year. Candidates selected to participate in Early Insights will have the opportunity to interview for a summer analyst role. Further details on the application process, eligibility criteria and participating divisions are below.
Eligibility Requirements:
Historically underrepresented populations in the finance industry include: women, Hispanic, Black, veteran, disabled, LGBTQ+, and first-generation college student populations. Undergrads with graduation dates between December 2025 – June 2026.
