The Economics Association at Maryland is hosting an event
at the World Bank on May 1, 2017. The trip will consist of a briefing
following a full tour of the building. We are looking for students who express an interest in the World Bank and who also display leadership and
team-building skills.
We have secured about 50 seats for a tour. Due to the high number students wanting to attend, we have
created an application. We advise students to really put in about 20 to 25
minutes on this application. We will be choosing the strongest applicants to
join us. We want this experience to be beneficial to those who are serious.
The application is due April 12, 2017 at 11:59PM. After this
time and date, we will no longer be accepting applications. The following is
